Just want to say a big thanks for a very smooth and successful operation in getting our various chattels and such out to Plaka. Everyone was highly efficient and may I add very friendly. The guys who came packed everything really well; almost too well!
Dave and his crew were great. Before their arrival I have to say I was a little concerned as to how it will all go but I need not have been. They were first rate and very quick in unloading everything. That little van is far smaller than I expected!! Whilst not nearly finished in doing everything – perhaps sometime late this summer- I have, after four and half days, unpacked each and every box and put, all but, all away, in one way or another. Everything was in tip top conditon except one clean break on a cut glass wine glass where the foot had broken in two. The stem and bowl not at all affected. However it is a trifle and we would like to thank you and your crew for handling things so efficiently and carefully.
As you will know you are picking up my brother-in-law”s stuff from Bristol on Monday. My wife Lin will be here by then but I assume it will be Dave and his crew in charge. Tell Dave I look forward to seeing him again.
Anyway I wanted to thank you on behalf of myself and my wife for handling our stuff so efficiently and with such care.
