I got my packages all 15 off them delivered today – and guess what? I got all 15 packs. But more to the point the packs were all in pristine condition lol they did not even look like they had travelled 2 metres let alone 2000kms.
The lads that delivered, Curtis and Steve were absolutely brilliant. Polite, handled everything really well like it was their own. Even the one marked ‘very fragile’ and then I told them what it was, it is a very expensive lamp, worth several hundred pounds when I bought it sometime a few years back. It is also one of my most favourite possessions.
Initially I was not going to send it due to the high risk of breakage. But I am pleased to say, it arrived without one single scratch or break.
I wanted to let you know I cannot say enough about your service or the guys who actually delivered it. They were absolutely fantastic. I now although I had been recommended to you by friends who had used you also, I too can confidently recommend your service to others.
