Moving ………It is a stressful thing moving from the UK to Greece, and we are so glad we found Nomad to help us. Nomad took all the stress away.
After a telephone call and then email detailing the size of our move, Nomad provided us the most competitive quote of all in a very timely manner.
We packed most of the items ourselves but Nomad’s UK team provided us with assistance expertly packing the more tricky and fragile items, such as paintings and mirrors that required expertise and materials that we did not posses to ensure a safe transit. They even repacked a few boxes we had packed badly, to ensure they arrived safely, very impressive!
The communication was great with Dan keeping us informed on the UK collection date and also the expected delivery date in Greece. Once everything arrived in Patras and the load had cleared customs, Takis took over and gave us an exact date and time for delivery. He arrived 30 mins early!! and quickly unloaded everything and carried the boxes into the right rooms for us. He also went through the consignment note and we counted boxes together to make sure everything had arrived.
