Just wanted to say a massive thank you to you all for the way you handled the delivery of our furniture from Southend to Umbria.
The whole process ran extremely smoothly and there was not a single moment when I had any concerns about the job being done properly.
The team were courteous, efficient and careful when they collected the items from me and although I was not in Italy when it arrived my project manager was in awe of the way the guys handled the job. I think he was particularly impressed when they parked the lorry in the main town and then proceeded to tell him that they had timed the runs to my house at 17 minutes each way and knew exactly how long the job would take. Military precision.
